This program splits an xml or html dump from wikipedia into separate
articles so the offline wikipedia readers wpGui and wpTui can read
them. The result is automatically installed into the directory the 
other two applications expext it in.

In order to install the wikipedia image to a central place the 
other applications can find them at regardless which user has started
them \fsplitWP\fP has normally to be run as root.
